CWT-10 wireless transmission thermocouple acquisition module is a product developed by the company. This product has the advantages of low power consumption, battery power supply, wireless transmission without wiring , long service life, no calibration, etc. It can replace most wired thermocouple transmitters.
This product has a wide range of temperature acquisition characteristics with ultra-low acquisition temperature of -250℃ and acquisition temperature up to 1770℃. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature parts of life sciences, pharmaceutical production equipment, chemical equipment, rotary kilns, pipeline welding equipment, electrical equipment, etc., for real-time temperature acquisition to ensure products and production processes. The temperature measurement range of general thermometers or sensors is only -40 ~ 150℃, and ultra-low and high temperature real-time online monitoring is not possible.
This product has the characteristics of using 433mhz wireless radio frequency transmission to send the collected temperature to the remote receiving instrument , which eliminates the trouble of wiring during the installation process and is flexible to disassemble and install. In actual use, the temperature collection point and the monitoring room are generally far apart, and the 2.4Ghz frequency band cannot be used. This is because the 2.4Ghz signal has a short wavelength and low diffraction performance, and therefore has poor wall penetration ability. The 433mhz ISM frequency band is used, and the signal diffraction ability is strong. The temperature information can be transmitted to the monitoring room. The temperature curve can be monitored in real time through the background monitoring software . Once the temperature is abnormal, an alarm will be issued immediately to remind the staff to perform related operations or troubleshooting in time.
