This manual contains the technical service information for the ABC Model 4100 Syringe Infusion
Pump. The purpose of this manual is to provide the necessary technical information for
servicing, troubleshooting and repair of the Model 4100. Testing including all calibration checks
shold be performed at least yearly or whenever a pump has been dropped or damaged.
This manual is intended for use by trained biomedical technicians, who are authorized by their
medical facility to perform service and repair of medical devices.
Do not modify the Model 4100, perform any repairs not contained in this manual, or install
substitute parts. Unauthorized modifications or repairs will void the warranty.
All information contained in this service manual is current as of the effective dated listed and is
subject to change without notice. Contact ABC regarding any technical or repair service and
access to repair training videos. Service schools are conducted periodically.
